The iPhone 6′s exact shape and size seemingly revealed in leaked renders

Just as in previous years, it doesn’t look like there will be much mystery about theiPhone 6 once it finally gets released this fall. UkrainianiPhone has posted some leaked pictures that supposedly show digital renders of the iPhone 6 designed to help manufacturers produce accessories for the new device.
Just as previous leaks have claimed, the leaked renders show a device that has rounder edges than the traditional iPhone and that measures in at 67 millimeters wide, 138 millimeters long and 6 millimeters thick. For comparison, the iPhone 5s features a frame that is 123.8 millimeters long, 58.6 millimeters wide and 7.6 millimeters thick, so if these renders are accurate then it really looks like Apple is going to deliver a new smartphone that not only has a larger display but is also even thinner than its current models.
9to5Mac notices that these new images “appear to be better quality versions of the schematics leaked a few weeks ago” and that their dimensions point to a device with a 4.7-inch diagonal display. Apple is also expected to at some point release an iPhone model with a 5.5-inch display, although the release date for that device might be a little farther off, which would explain why most of the leaked schematics we’ve seen show blueprints for the 4.7-inch model.
